These Terms & Conditions describes the practices of MIS Academy. This Terms & Conditions applies to all information that we collect and use about you when you access or use the MIS Academy website.

MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS

 

All the MIS Academy members will have unlimited access to the website contents for 1 year dated from the day of the registration. This is renewable after 1 year.

All memberships are personal and all registered users  should be responsible for their accounts. No sharing of log in credentials etc.

Members are subject to discounts and special rates on all our courses with terms and conditions applied per course.

All content inclusions may vary depending on the package you purchase.

All discounts are only applicable to maximum of 1 purchase of each course per member.

MIS Academy has the right to terminate the membership access of one account anytime if the member has violated any of the terms and conditions OR the account was misused.

Access and Use of the Service

 

All the course contents are solely for your personal and non-commercial use. With the course package, you purchase we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, license to access the

E-MIS Academy contents and view your course(s)/lessons through the website on a streaming-only basis for that purpose. All content inclusions may vary depending on the package you purchase.

We urge you not to illegally copy the course contents on your own and distribute it without the consent of our management.

Your Registration Obligations:

You may be required to register or purchase a package license with E-MIS Academy in order to access and use certain contents of the website. If you choose to register for the courses, you agree to provide and maintain true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Course’s registration form. Registration data and certain other information about you are governed by our Privacy Policy.

Member Account, Password, and Security:

You may never use another's account, and you may not provide another person with the username and password to access your account. You are fully responsible for any and all activities that occur under your password or account, and it is your responsibility to ensure that your password remains confidential and secure.

 

Immediately notify E-MIS Academy management of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security. E-MIS Academy will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section.

General Limitations Regarding Use and Storage:

You acknowledge that E-MIS Academy may establish limits concerning use of the Service, including the limitations of the content access based on the license package you purchase. We have on-demand contents that you may access for free but you may upgrade your license to have the full access on the website features and contents.

In using this Website, you agree to not:

  1. upload, download, post, email or otherwise transmit any materials including but not limited to text, data, graphics, photographs, images, document layouts, artwork, text, fonts, software tools, or any of these elements in combination as a design for Products available on this Website or otherwise (“Content”) that are unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, vulgar, harassing, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, profane, indecent, inflammatory, libelous, tortious, hateful, racially, ethnically, socially, politically, legally, morally, religiously objectionable or otherwise objectionable, or invasive of another’s rights including but not limited to rights of celebrity, privacy and intellectual property;

  5. upload, download, post, email or otherwise transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;

  6. upload, download, post, email or otherwise transmit false or misleading information;

  7. disrupt or interfere with the security of, or otherwise abuse, the Website, or any services, system resources, accounts, servers, or networks connected to or accessible through the Website or affiliated or linked Websites.

  8. access, tamper with or use non-public areas of the Website. Unauthorized individuals attempting to access these areas of the Website may be subject to prosecution;

  9. disrupt or interfere with any other user’s enjoyment of the Website or affiliated or linked Websites;

  10. frame or link to the Website except as permitted in writing by the European Academy;

  11. incorporate images or names that would violate a person’s right of privacy or publicity

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL MIS ACADEMY OR ANY OF ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, LICENSORS, BRAND LICENSEES OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL OR INCIDENTAL OR OTHER DAMAGES RESULTING FROM, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE ACCESS, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THIS WEB SITE, THE CONTENT OR THE USER CONTENT, EVEN IF MIS ACADEMY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT SUCH DAMAGES ARISE AS A RESULT OF FRAUD OR FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION ON THE PART OF MIS ACADEMY.

If you live in a country or state that does not allow any of the foregoing exclusions or limitations of liability or any of the disclaimers of warranties in First Section above, such exclusions or limitations will not apply to you but only to the extent such exclusions or limitations are not allowed. In such case, such exclusions or limitations shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.

DISPUTES

Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE. United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile.

AGE LIMITS

Minors under the age of 18 shall are prohibited to register as a User of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.

INDEMNIFICATION & RELEASE

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MIS Academy, its subsidiaries, affiliates, brand licensees, other partners and suppliers and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, legal representatives, agents, successors and assigns, from and against any damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' and professionals' fees and litigation costs) that arise out of the posting, content, or transmission of any message, data, material or any other User Content you submit on the Web Site or any violation of these Terms of Use by you. In the event of any complaint or legal action arising from any message, or any other User Content posted by you, MIS Academy reserves the right to reveal your identity and any other information MIS Academy may have about you.


If you have a dispute with one or more users, you release MIS Academy, its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners and suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, legal representatives, agents, successors and assigns from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

The Courses contain links to third-party websites such as social media sites, and also contain third-party plug-ins (such as the Facebook “like” button and Twitter “follow” button). Some of the advertisements you see on the Site are selected and delivered by third parties, such as ad networks, advertising agencies, advertisers, and audience segment providers. These third parties may collect information about you and your online activities, either on the Site or on other websites, through cookies, web beacons, and other technologies in an effort to understand your interests and deliver to you advertisements that are tailored to your interests. SHUT-DOWN OF SITE

PAYMENTS

If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.

The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
